All appointments require either a booking deposit or a valid card to be held securely on file. If selecting the 'pay later' option, card details are still required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your treatment cost on the day.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows us to offer your time to another client. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the $50 booking deposit. Missed appointments without notice will incur a $150 fee charged to the card on file.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure your treatment can proceed as planned. If you are running late, we ask that you notify the clinic as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. If arriving early, you are welcome to relax in our space. We kindly ask that clients avoid arriving more than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time.

To maintain a calm and considered environment for all clients, we ask that you notify the clinic in advance if you plan to bring children to your appointment so we can ensure suitability. You are welcome to bring a guest for support. We kindly ask that no more than two additional guests attend your appointment.

Payment is required on the day of treatment. We accept EFTPOS, AMEX, cash and Afterpay.
