This isn't just a policy for the sake of it, skin genuinely takes time to transform, and three months is the minimum period needed to see meaningful, trackable results. Skin cells turn over approximately every 28 days, so committing to a consistent routine over multiple cycles is what creates lasting change. We track your progress from your very first appointment so you can see exactly how far your skin has come.

We understand life happens. Members can pause their membership once for up to 6 weeks, perfect for holidays or busy seasons. After your minimum 3-month commitment, you're free to cancel with notice. Unused LED credits roll over to the following month so they're never wasted. Please note that unused facial credits do not roll over, so we always recommend booking your monthly facial in, your skin will thank you for it.

Every single treatment is completely bespoke to you. While the membership structure is consistent, what happens in your appointment is driven entirely by what your skin needs right now. We carry out a thorough skin analysis at your first appointment and continually reassess and adapt your treatment plan as your skin evolves. Your custom facial can incorporate dermaplaning, chemical peels, enzyme exfoliation, and more, and if you'd like to upgrade to microneedling, that's available for an additional fee. No two members receive the same treatment plan.

Book through the membership tab on our booking site, this initial session includes a comprehensive skin analysis, a personalised treatment plan, and your first 45-minute custom facial. After your appointment, we'll set up your direct debit (weekly or monthly, your choice) and you'll be able to book your LED sessions and future facials directly online through the membership section. You'll also receive your curated welcome gift to set your at-home routine up properly.
